Refund Policy

Fourteen days

If a product is not what you expected, write to hello@fixyourincome.co within 14 days of buying it and we will refund you in full.

You do not have to explain why. You do not have to prove you tried it. A sentence saying it was not for you is enough.

How it works

Send an email to hello@fixyourincome.co from the address you used to buy, and tell us which product it was. We refund to the original payment method, usually within a few working days, and always within 14 days of receiving your request.

What happens to the product

When a purchase is refunded, your licence ends. Please delete the files.

If the product was sold with resale rights, those rights end too. You may not continue selling a product you have been refunded for.

Some products are delivered as a link to material hosted online. Access to those cannot always be withdrawn, and we do not pretend otherwise. The licence still ends, and the terms above still apply.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the EEA, you normally have a 14 day right to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right can lapse once delivery begins and you have agreed to it.

We do not rely on that. The 14 days above are given regardless, and nothing here reduces any statutory right you have.

Repeated refunds

We refund without asking questions. If the same person repeatedly buys and refunds, we reserve the right to decline future purchases.
